- In January 2009, Cable&Wireless launched THUS as a wholly independent subsidiary company structured to serve the needs of SME’s and Education customers.
- In October 2008, Cable&Wireless acquired THUS Group and it de-listed from the stock exchange.
- Early in 2006, THUS acquired Your Communications and Legend Communication.
- In 2002 THUS plc (incorporating both the THUS and Demon brands) de-merged fully from ScottishPower and created THUS Group plc.
