ISO/IEC 27001:2005
ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is widely recognised as the leading benchmark for information security management systems, and aims to ensure that adequate controls addressing confidentiality, integrity and availability of information are in place. This helps to protect information assets, safeguarding customers, stakeholders and trading partners.
THUS’ ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certification covers the Information Security Management System supporting our MPLS-based next-generation network. This certification means customers can be reassured that they are receiving services from a company committed to protecting and preserving reliable and secure communication services. We pride ourselves on our professional and responsible approach to managing information security, recognising its vital importance.
ISO 9001:2000
ISO 9001:2000 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. Certification shows that an organisation has implemented processes and procedures to help meet its customers' expectations.
THUS holds ISO 9001:2000 certification for internal processes and procedures, demonstrating our dedication to providing quality services to our customers. THUS was one of the first UK telecommunications service providers to achieve full ISO 9001:2000 certification for voice, data, Internet and contact centres in 2003.

The Investors in People (IIP) standard provides a framework for best practice in employee management and development. THUS holds IIP status for its entire UK operations, showing our commitment to providing a quality, integrated training and development process for all of our employees. |
