Companies today have to manage many different systems to ensure they can make phone calls, access data,

Voice-over Internet Protocol (VoIP) makes it possible to put phone conversations onto the same network as

calls and relaying video rather than being forced to pay to use public networks. If a member of staff in
one office has to call a customer in another country, the system can be intelligent enough to route it through
your network to a branch office in that country, so you only pay for a local phone call there.
This convergence will not just make communication cheaper; it can reduce the cost of hardware as you only need
one type of network to support communications within your organisation. And it will ensure that employees stay
up to speed with the latest developments through regular video training and company seminars.
