Working as part of Thus’ Customer Service Centre, you will assist in the successful delivery of a first rate service. You will achieve this by providing business customers with a point of contact for all queries concerning custom DNS & mail, domain names & complaints. You will be providing a customer facing hostmaster service whilst ensuring that information received from customers is vetted and advising them accordingly. You will take full ownership of queries and ensure that customers are updated with progress of their request if any complications arise. You will also make internal updates to services relating to routing and account configuration through ACTS & Portal whilst ensuring that all necessary admin tasks such as email, fax and call-backs are completed.
Successful candidates will:-

Have previous experience in customer service with a knowledge/understanding of DNS

Have an in-depth knowledge of Demon & THUS internet product range

Have an understanding of the domain transfer process

Be Customer Focussed with a strong approach to meeting and exceeding customer requirements

Demonstrate confident communication skills with the ability to build strong, effective relationships within team and across the business

Possess strong organisational and prioritising skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment

Display a thorough methodical approach with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy

Be a flexible team player who can work on their own initiative in a fast paced environment

Possess excellent numerical skills

Be PC literate with a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
