As Administrator, you will play a key role within Thus’ Provisioning Team. Working closely with colleagues you will assist in the delivery of a first rate service to our Demon customers. You will achieve this by provisioning ADSL and Hosting orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. You will also identify customer issues & resolve successfully whilst complying with all relevant processes and procedures.

Successful candidates will:-

• Have experience within a similar role

• Have a technical understanding of Internet products and services

• Demonstrate confident communication skills with the ability to build strong, effective relationships within team and across Thus 

• Display strong problem solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

• Be Customer Focussed with a strong approach to meeting and exceeding customer requirements 

• Display a thorough methodical approach with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy

• Possess strong organisational and prioritising skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment

• Be a flexible team player who can work on their own initiative and self motivate in a fast paced environment

• PC Literate
