Salary will be dependant on experience to a maximum £23k
As Team Manager in the CMC, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the department. You will provide line management support, ensuring the staff perform all functions to the best of their ability. You will ensure that staff follow up-to-date procedures and processes for all customer-impacting events, including faults and complaints. In addition, you will manage the department utilising all HR policies and procedures, including training and development opportunities.
The CMC functions are controlled by performance measures which you will be responsible for achieving. You will also be a point of escalation for internal departments and customers as they will
liase and escalate where appropriate to ensure SLA is met.
Successful candidates will:-

Have previous experience working in a similar role

Possess leadership qualities with a clear ability to manage/perform under pressure

Demonstrate confident communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build effective relationships within Thus and with external customers

Have proven ability to motivate, lead and develop a team

Be approachable with strong interpersonal skills
