Role Responsibilities

* Complex System query handing
* Monitoring fulfilment process
* System auditing
* Billing activation monitoring
* Monitoring of inputs and output of billing system
* Raise and manage queries with billing system provider and drive to resolution
* Ensure correct reasons are allocated to credits and queries and carry out investigations to aid with root cause analysis
* Product ad hoc reports
* Credit check new customers and escalate to Head of Working Capital for approval if required
* Carry out fraud monitoring activities by working on alerts provided by CWWW Fraud Team
* Provide subscription details and CDRs to law enforcement agencies
* Deal with Service Managers and Customer Services to ensure customers are informed of possible fraud and manage barring and unbarring of their service as result of fraudulent activity
* Resolve errors in transfer process between billing system and SFDC
* Monitor billing activations process flows in SFDC and between SFDC and Billing System
* Resolve Billing activations queries
* Resolve errors in transfer process between billing system and SFDC
* Clear CDR suspense in timely manor to keep revenue write-off to a minimum
* Analyse pre billing reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of bill runs
* Check bill samples
* Carry out billing analysis

Background and Experience

* At least 2 years of analysis experience ideally in telecommunications business
* Excellent understanding of business processes and prove track record in improving processes
* Highly analytical and able to spot a problem and resolve issues through self motivation
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other database driven software
* Experience in Telecommunications Billing desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills Verbal and written
* Flexible attitude to working practices
* A desire to keep abreast of the latest technologies within the Telecommunications industry
