As Systems Analyst you will work as part of a team to analyse business needs and requirements to enable the production of new and improved technical systems and processes.
Main responsibilities include:

To analyse business and systems requirements, which have the potential for computerisation or for change to existing computerised systems.

To produce the relevant documentation for the identified requirement, types of which include Feasibility Studies, Business Specifications, Gap Analyses, System Specifications, Process Maps, Information Needs Reports, Change Specifications.

To work with stakeholders to understand and analyse needs and to communicate those needs with other technical staff and team members
-
Business process and data flow analysis.
-
The understanding and use of technical systems and architectures to develop technical solutions.

The communication in business language of technical solutions to business stakeholders.
What you’ll need…
-
Experience of working on medium or large IT projects as a Developer or Systems Analyst or Business Analyst

Familiarity with modern software development languages and techniques.
-
Has worked in a multi-disciplinary software delivery team
-
Experience of Business Process Modelling techniques.
-
Experience of Data modelling and architecture
-
Analytical questioning ability.
-
Understanding of end user requirements.
-
Understanding of business needs and business drivers.
-
Experience and understanding of multi-user applications.
-
Specific experience relating to the delivery of complex telecoms and network products such as WLR, ADSL, MPLS or VPNs is desirable but not essential
