We currently have an opening for a Business Sales Telephone
Account Managers within our Glasgow office. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and
already highly successful sales team.
As a Telephone Account Manager you will be responsible for managing an existing customer base to maximise business opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling. You
will maximise revenues, margins and depth of
relationship across a defined account portfolio,
protecting existing business, and driving sales. You
will monitor and maintain
an accurate sales pipeline and achieve set sales targets.
You will provide accurate forecasting of business wins,
revenue, and pipeline opportunities, and utilise the
sales reporting system to ensure all data is accurate
and timely. You will maintain the client base ensuring all customers are provided with
Thus's first rate account management service.
Suitable candidates will:-
- Possess a strong track record in Telecoms / ISP sales.
- Demonstrate the ability to promote and sell new/existing products & services to existing customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to over achieve sales targets,
both financial and non-financial
- Be able to build effective relationships both internally and externally - with customers and colleagues from supporting departments.
- Have established telephone sales skills –
listening, probing, matching, confirming,
negotiating and closing
- Have experience drawing up and maintaining account
development plans
- Have experience reporting on pipeline, business
wins and revenue
Successful Telephone Account Managers can expect to
double their earnings in commission each
year.
