THUS, we take security, quality and employee performance and development very seriously. To ensure we achieve the highest standards in these areas, we make use of ongoing external measurement and have achieved a number of internationally recognised certifications.
ISO 9001:2000
ISO 9001:2000 is an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. Certification shows that an organisation has implemented processes and procedures to help meet its customers’ expectations.
THUS holds ISO 9001:2000 certification for internal processes and procedures, demonstrating our dedication to providing quality services to our customers. THUS was one of the first UK telecommunications service providers to achieve full ISO 9001:2000 certification for voice, data, Internet and contact centres in 2003.
Investors in People
The Investors in People (IIP) standard provides a framework for best practice in employee management and development. THUS holds IIP status for its entire UK operations, showing our commitment to providing a quality, integrated training and development process for all of our employees.
