The Virgin Group
THUS has helped the Virgin Group to improve voice and data communications between its 200 sites using a
range of solutions that meet the needs of the individual businesses and premises.
The Virgin Group incorporates the ten businesses in 200 sites all over the UK, operating in sectors as
diverse as health clubs and music retail sales. Virgin chose THUS as supplier for voice communications
for all its businesses, enabling it to leverage its significant buying power and get the same cost-effective
tariff from THUS for every part of the group.
THUS provides a range of services that vary according to the individual need of the business. These include
inbound and outbound voice services and data communications services such as leased lines - all at highly
competitive rates.
For example, THUS provides Virgin Cars with leased lines for email and internet access, as well as voice
communications. For Virgin Cosmetics and Virgin Wines, THUS manages inbound calls to the businesses'
free-to-call contact centres, as well as outbound voice calls for both units.
