Our Health and Safety objectives are to:
Continue to integrate our risk management principles into the way that we manage our business
Set specific objectives and management initiatives
Provide sufficient information, training and supervision so that all our people are fully aware of the safe systems of work to minimise any associated hazards
Provide and maintain places of work that are safe and without significant risk to health, together with adequate facilities and arrangements for welfare and first aid
Maintain a health and safety consultation and communications forum that seeks involvement and participation to facilitate change and improvements
Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and that remedial action is recorded and implemented where appropriate
Monitor, inspect and audit the health and safety performance on a regular and consistent basis
Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation and build upon our existing health and safety standards
Develop and promote continuous improvement through the application of this policy
Develop and promote a culture that highlights excessive work place pressure and proactively reduces the possible adverse effects.
