CASH OFFER OF 180 PENCE PER SHARE FOR THUS GROUP PLC BY CABLE & WIRELESS HOLDCO LIMITED, A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF CABLE AND WIRELESS PLC
On 30 June 2008, the Boards of Cable and Wireless plc (Cable & Wireless) and THUS Group plc (THUS) announced the terms of a cash offer to be made by Cable & Wireless Holdco Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cable and Wireless plc, to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of THUS (the Offer).
