About Shareview |
What is e-communications with Shareview?
THUS shareholders can choose to receive shareholder documentation from us electronically by registering
with Shareview, a free-web based enquiry and portfolio management service offered by our registrars,
Lloyds TSB Registrars. Shareview allows you to:
- View your shareholding at any time
- View recent movements in your shareholding
- Obtain a regularly updated valuation on your shareholding
- Receive shareholder information electronically, including Annual Reports
and Accounts and Notices of General Meetings
- Maintain your details online
Shareview also enables you to check the details of holdings you may have in other companies where
Lloyds TSB Registrars act as registrar - you can check on the Shareview website for a list of companies
for whom they act.

How much will it cost me?
This service is provided absolutely free.
Why should I register for this service?
Each year, your Company sends hundreds of thousands of paper based Annual Reports. By sending these
documents electronically, printing and distribution costs can be substantially reduced, helping us
achieve our performance targets. It's also kinder on the environment.
What will I receive electronically?
When THUS sends a company mailing, such as the Annual Report and Accounts, you will receive an
e-mail with a link to the documents on the THUS website, www.thus.net. You will then be able to access
and read these documents online or print them if required.
Is this site secure?
Yes - all private information is only visible with your own personal Access Number and password
and is encrypted to the highest standard generally available on the Internet.
Can I change my mind about receiving documents electronically?
Yes, you can change your mind at any time. Just go to www.shareview.co.uk, enter your Access Number
and password. Next to your mailing preference, just click change. |

What will I need to register?
You will need a valid e-mail address and your shareholder account number.
There are no special software or programme requirements.
Where can I find my shareholder account number?
Your shareholder account number can be found on your share certificate. This is a unique 8-digit
number which identifies you as a THUS Group shareholder.
Can I register if I hold my shares in a Nominee?
Unfortunately no. Only shareholders who hold their shares in paper form can access this service as
your shareholder account number, which is found on your share certificate, is required for registration.

What will happen after I have registered?
A few days after registering you will receive, by post, a letter containing your Access Number.
This secure code will enable you to administer your shareholding in THUS and other companies for whom
Lloyds TSB Registrars act.
What do I do if my e-mail address changes?
Go to the change contact details page on www.shareview.co.uk, enter your Access Number and your previous
and new e-mail address where indicated.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Go to the forgotten passwords section on Shareview, enter your Access Number and click go. A new password
will then be sent to your e-mail address within a few minutes.
What should I do if I forget my Access Number?
Access the Shareview site where you can request a reminder for your Access Number. This will be sent
out to you by post so that your details remain secure.
Will I receive e-mail from other companies?
No, you will only receive e-mails from Lloyds TSB Registrars regarding THUS and other companies to whom
your e-communication preference applies. Your e-mail address will not be passed on to any companies
outside your portfolio or to any third parties.
