FAQs

Can you supply and manage my Routers?

Yes, we can specify and install the correct router for each of your sites. Routers will be managed by us and our service guarantee assures you of rapid fix times should they need attention.

Can I mix different types of Access?

Our IPVPN service is designed so that you can select the appropriate access connection for each site. You may wish to use low cost ADSL access at your small sites but have high bandwidth Ethernet at your head office.

Can I change my bandwidth easily?

With Leased Line and Ethernet Access you get flexible service bandwidth. For instance, if your site is connected with a 10Mb Ethernet circuit, you can start with 2Mb of service bandwidth and then later increase it right up to the maximum circuit bandwidth quickly and with no connection charge.

I prefer to use my own Firewall. Can you deliver the Internet Access to just one site?

The integrated Internet Access feature can be shared over all your sites or delivered to one or more sites on its own VPN.
