Line Rental is designed to offer THUS customers a single bill and point of contact at THUS for all line-related services, while retaining any existing telephone lines and telephone numbers. 

The service is available to all businesses that use or want to use THUS for their calls.

Until recently, customers with lines not directly supplied by THUS would have had to pay BT line rental in order to benefit from THUS Calls packages.

The introduction of Wholesale Line Rental changed this. Now all you need to do is sign up to THUS Calls and Lines and your lines will be migrated to THUS, without any need for equipment change at your premises. All your calls will be carried via our THUS CPS service.
Technical Info

Ofcom requires Openreach, the new BT division which operates the BT access network, to offer lines to all Communication Providers on an equivalence basis. Therefore features and services which BT Retail can provide can now be offered by THUS, at our own competitive prices.
