The architecture provides a Unified Communications Manager Express (UCME) solution for small businesses. The solution will support up to 8 handsets, including Voicemail and Auto Attendant services. It offers local PSTN break-out, local analogue end-point connectivity and provides multiple WAN connectivity options.

- Provides integrated, entry-level voice mail and automated attendant services (Cisco Unity Express). Minimum of 12 licenses.
- Offers local PSTN break-out
- Supports local analogue end-point connectivity
- Provides multiple WAN connectivity options
Managed IP PBX_50
This architecture provides a Unified Communications Manager Express (UCME) solution that:
- Scales to a maximum of 50 users
- Provides integrated, entry-level voice mail and automated attendant services (Cisco Unity Express). Minimum of 12 licenses.
- Offers local PSTN break-out
- Supports local analogue end-point connectivity
- Provides multiple WAN connectivity options
Managed IP PBX_500
This architecture is based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition, which consists of the following core components:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0 with integrated mobility features
- Cisco Unity Connection 7.0
- Cisco MCS 7828 Media Convergence Server
The architecture provides a centralised Unified Communications Manager Business Edition solution that:
- Scales from 50 to 500 users
- Scales up to 20 site (19 remote)
- Provides integrated voice mail and automated attendant services (Cisco Unity Connection)
- Provides multiple WAN connectivity options
- Supports Unified Survivable Remote Site Redundancy (SRST) at the Central and Remote sites for Call Processing redundancy
